CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that my appointment time at Elysian Glow LLC is reserved exclusively for me. I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total cost of my scheduled service. I also understand that failure to show up for my appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in the same 20% charge. I authorize Elysian Glow LLC to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
